Businesses are too afraid of failure.
Young professionals, especially students, are too afraid of failure.
In general, people are too afraid of failure.
The further along in my journey, the more I realize people and businesses are simply scared.
And I do understand why. I understand the hesitancy. Especially in the social media age where all is seen, all too often.
My advice to all, know what you do well and continue to do it.
But also leave room to be innovative and try new things.
If a new program, new event, new product, new system, new hobby, or new whatever doesn’t work out…. you can always fall back on and rely on what you do well.

Were they afraid or a little hesitant at first!? I’m sure they were.
But they took the leap and did it.
_____________
